Episode Description

The biggest example of how benefit of the doubt is applied in disability cases is the burden of proof. The burden of proof for disability claims is at least as likely as not, meaning just a 50% that the condition is linked to service will win service connection.

Tune in to hear more about the benefit of the doubt and burden of proof for VA claims.
