Video Description

If you’ve been denied benefits that you truly deserve, you may benefit from an accredited VA attorney to win your claim. VA statistics show that you have a much higher chance of winning your VA disability appeal if you file an appeal if a VA accredited attorney represents you. A lawyer is not going to develop medical evidence for you. Still, a lawyer will provide a legal argument on top of you having medical evidence to win your claim. If the DAV or another VSO represents you, sometimes they have pro bono lawyers who will take certain cases and do it for free.
