Video Description

One of the most upsetting things that can ever happen to a veteran receiving disability benefits is to receive a letter from the VA, stating that they’re going to reduce their compensation for their disability.

The VA has the right to take away your disability if they have evidence and reason. Some examples of why the VA would take away your disability rating would be if you no longer have the disability or if there was a clear, unmistakable error that the VA notices after they granted you service connection.
