Video Description

➡️Headaches and Tension are one of the top 10 VA disability claims. If you’re service-connected for a VA disability that causes or aggravates a headache, you may be eligible for service connection on a secondary basis. It doesn’t matter what type of symptoms you have; what matters is how frequently you have the headaches. If you have headaches on average once every two months, that’s a 10% rating. If you had them on average every month, that’s a 30% rating. If you had more frequent and more severe headaches than once a month, and if they negatively affect your work, then that’s a 50% rating.
