Video Description

➡️The most common VA Disability Claims are related to occupational hazards of military life. A disability is any medical condition or problem that causes an impairment of your life or some sort of loss of function. The number one VA Disability rating is tinnitus at 10%. There are over two million veterans in the United States, with the tinnitus rating.

Here is a list of the most common claims in order:

-Tinnitus

-Hearing Loss

-PTSD

-Knee

-Lumbar or Cervical Strain

-Ankles

-Sciatica

These are by far the most common claims that are related to occupational hazards of military life. Keep in mind any condition that causes loss of function or impairs your life in any way is considered a disability and can be rated by the VA.

One thing that many veterans don’t know is that they may be eligible for a secondary disability claim because the current disability that they’re Service-Connected for can be associated with many other chronic problems that they may have. That’s why I recommend medical consulting services to evaluate your case and see if you might be eligible for a secondary VA Disability Claim.
