Video Description

➡️When pursuing a PTSD VA disability claim, you will most likely need to go through a mental health C&P exam. Many Veterans are nervous about going through this exam because they don’t know what to expect. Robin talks about everything you need to know before going into the C&P exam in today’s video.

The two main things the C&P examiner is going to explore will be the stressor event and your mental health treatment history.

When exploring the stressor event, the C&P examiner will ask you questions bout the event, how it made you feel, what you remember of the event, and whether you have flashbacks from the event, ex.

When exploring your mental health treatment, you will be asked questions about any previous diagnosis, have you been treated, do you take medicine, ex.
