➡️How long will my VA disability appeal take?

This is a common question we receive from Veterans. Unfortunately, there is not a correct answer to this question. Each appeal is different, and the time it takes varies per case. We can estimate how long it may be depending on the lane your appeal is taking.

– Supplemental – Reviewed by the Veteran Benefits Administration. Typically takes 4-6 months.

– Higher-level – Reviewed by the Veteran Benefits Administration. Typically takes 4-6 months.

– Board level – By a Veteran Judge who reviews your case and makes a decision. Typically takes 7-8 months.
