Video Description

➡️A rating decision letter can have an enormous amount of information. It can be overwhelming for a veteran to read, but if a veteran looks at it and understands the three main questions’ answers, it’s a little bit easier to understand.

The three main questions answered in a rating decision letter are:

  • – Does it recognize that you have a diagnosed disability?
  •
  • – Does it mention if your disability is service-connected?
  •
  • – What are your level of disability and the effective date of that service-connected disability?
